These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jibd platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment transactions, bonuses, and customer support services. By creating an account or placing a bet on jibd, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
jibd is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play. Age verification is mandatory and conducted during the account verification process.
Each player may hold only one active jibd account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All transactions on jibd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
All bonuses issued by jibd are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date for each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.
jibd employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software will be permanently banned without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jibd platform (accessible at jibd.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and APIs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and jibd (the operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
jibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions regularly. The most recent effective date is displayed at the top of this document.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. Any translation of these terms provided for convenience is not legally binding.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and use the jibd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jibd is a strictly adult platform. Players under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on jibd.
- You must be accessing jibd as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jibd employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform fairness.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jibd or any third-party responsible gaming body that covers your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must have verified that online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. jibd does not provide legal advice.
jibd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. As part of the account verification process, all players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth. Any account identified as belonging to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all gaming activity will be voided, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
Age Verification: jibd reserves the right to request identity documents from any player at any time, not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a verification request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of jibd services, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and live betting markets, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and primary mobile number used for your payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad-registered number).
You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. jibd reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
Each individual may maintain only one active account on jibd. The creation or operation of more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any bonuses, winnings, or withdrawals processed through a duplicate account may be voided at jibd's sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your jibd account. jibd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jibd support immediately via in-account live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that the account can be secured without delay.
Deposits and Withdrawals
jibd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the Payments section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. jibd is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider. If a deposit does not appear in your jibd account balance within 30 minutes of a successful transaction on your mobile wallet, you should contact jibd support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. In cases where jibd's fraud or compliance team requires additional verification before processing a withdrawal, the review period may be extended. jibd will communicate any such extension to the player via email. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jibd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- jibd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may charge its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
- Any balance in your jibd account that remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, applied until either the balance is depleted or you log in and make a deposit or withdrawal.
- jibd reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or where the platform's risk assessment system flags the transaction for review.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
SSL Encryption: All financial transactions on jibd are protected by industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Your payment details are never stored unencrypted on jibd's servers. jibd does not share your financial data with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.
Bonuses and Promotions
jibd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the IPL. All promotional offers are made at jibd's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- Each promotion is available to eligible players only once unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet section of your account. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless you have actively opted into a bonus.
- Standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period, which is typically 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, including Baccarat and Roulette, typically contribute 10%. Crash games may have a different contribution rate as stated in the promotion. Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds must meet minimum odds requirements stated on the promotion page.
- jibd reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a software error, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Players who wish to opt out of all promotional communications may do so via the account notification settings. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your entitlement to bonuses you have already claimed and that are currently active in your account.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
jibd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the jibd platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Sports betting odds are set using industry-standard pricing models. jibd does not manipulate game outcomes or odds in ways that deviate from the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages or odds formats.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jibd platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one jibd account per individual.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker, live casino, or in-play sports betting.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free spins, or promotions in ways not intended by the promotion's design, including low-risk hedging strategies that guarantee a positive expected value from a bonus.
- Use of Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated scripts, odds-scraping tools, arbitrage software, VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using the jibd platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. jibd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate jibd deposit. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargeback claims.
Prohibited Software Policy: jibd uses third-party security and integrity tools to detect prohibited software usage. If your account is flagged by these systems, jibd reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of suspected software use and to suspend your account pending a full investigation, regardless of whether the software detection was triggered intentionally or inadvertently.
Account Suspension and Closure
jibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
- Failure to complete the required KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
- The player's own request for self-exclusion under jibd's Responsible Gaming policy.
- Prolonged account inactivity combined with a zero or near-zero balance.
Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, jibd will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding that no breach occurred, the full balance will be made available for withdrawal. If a breach is confirmed, jibd may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jibd support via in-account live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a written closure request. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
Players exercising their right to self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy should note that self-exclusion is processed as a minimum six-month hard lock. A voluntary closure request from a self-excluded player will not override the self-exclusion period. Limitation of Liability
jibd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, accurately, and without interruption, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, unexpected outages, and third-party service failures are outside jibd's complete control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jibd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jibd shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
- Losses arising from delays or failures in payment processing caused by the player's mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on game strategy guides, odds calculators, or third-party prediction services, none of which are endorsed or verified by jibd.
- Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond jibd's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet infrastructure failures, or government-mandated service restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jibd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which jibd holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through jibd's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with jibd's Dispute Resolution Policy, details of which are available from the support team on request.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the jibd platform, including a dispute about a game outcome, a payment, or a bonus calculation, you should contact jibd support in the first instance. jibd aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving financial transactions or account integrity investigations may take longer, and jibd will communicate expected resolution timelines to the complainant throughout the process.
